Let's Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
Method:
Makes 12 servings.
- 6 pieces of chicken (back, wings and neck) remove the skin and fat
- 10 cups of water
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ coriander powder
- ½ cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cubes of chicken low calories
- ¼ cup star pasta (opinion) or rice
Method:
- In a pot, boil the chicken pieces, water, coriander, turmeric for 30 minutes or more.
- Use sieve and strain the stock in a bowl.
- Remove chicken meat pieces and put in the stock.
- In a pot, put oil, onions and fry until slightly brown.
- Add the stock, and the chicken cubes, pasta/rice.
- Let it cook until pasta/rice is cooked.
Makes 12 servings.
Bacalco Salad (Salt Fish)

Enjoy as a side dish
- 2 long strips of dry cod (soaked over night, wash well until the salt is removed)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2 scallions (spring onions)
- 1 avocado
- ¼ copped cilantro
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- ½ lemon
- 1 big tomato (chopped)
Method:
- Fry/steam cod in oil until cooked then remove from the fire. Put in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except cilantro
- Put it on a serving dish, sprinkle cilantro on the top and serve
